The Confession App provides a subtle and reassuring way to prepare for the Catholic sacrament of Confession (Reconciliation). An introduction section emphasizing grace helps users grasp the significance and historical context of the Sacrament of Confession. In the preparation section, users navigate through guided questions. They have the option to mark items they wish to confess, which are then displayed in the Confession Guide section to assist during Confession.

No data is stored online. Following Confession, pressing "Erase My Sins" removes the marked sins from the device's cache.

The sin check boxes are prominently displayed and easy to interact with. The app maintains a welcoming and inclusive tone, addressing sensitive topics with consideration for younger audiences. As no data is ever retained on the device, no login information is necessary.

Additionally, the app includes an "Introduction" segment providing insights into the sacrament's history, as well as general information on the grace and forgiveness offered by Christ. This section incorporates references from the Catechism and scriptures.
